Chinese, German…

I’m a graphic designer living in Hamilton, NZ with my partner and our baby daughter.

I have German, Chinese and Portuguese blood from my Mum’s side. My Dad is 3rd generation New Zealander of Scottish decent.

I find often that I try to incorporate a lot of pacific culture into my designs, and I think the more I learn about my ancestry, the more diverse my designs will be.

I have many cultures running through my heritage, but my upbringing was predominantly European. As I learn more about my ancestors, I realise I don’t just identify with one culture.

I am proud of my heritage and will always continue to learn more about it so I can pass it on to my daughter.
